Absolute stunner: Best views in heart of Lorne

Thanks for the good service I enjoyed a very quiet rest there the barthroom door is a bit squkie it needs a bit of CRC and the wire screen door going out to the belconie needs a handle. Regards Laurie.

Firstly, upon arriving to the motel, our "Best View"room hadn't been cleaned so after three frantic calls we were offered a choice of 4 other rooms. One of these other rooms had a boot footprint on the bed from a tradie and pieces of paper left on the floor.We chose another room only to find the aircon remote had flat batteries (so swapped it), there was a dodgy light switch in kitchen, the bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, there were stains on the couch and carpet, dishes had to be washed and we lost our best view!We made the best of the situation but we were quite disappointed with the condition of the rooms, they looked tired and in need of attention. Won't be returning to this motel.
