Quiet, clean cottage
Neat, clean cottage. Quiet location near good walking track. Easy walk to good cafe and short drive / manageable walk to Ballarat CBD.

Great location for cute little house
Very neat and clean property in a good location - very handy to get to all the attractions and exceptionally quiet at night which is great.
